Nila Powder is a highly effective beauty treatment that has been used by Sahrawi women for centuries. This is renowned for its ability to brighten & lighten the skin tone, as well as reduce the appearance of age spots, pigmentation and scars.
As a skin mask: Mix 2 tablespoons of either argan oil, rose water, natural yogurt, or a clay mask with for ¼ to ½ teaspoons of Nila. Avoid adding more, as a little goes a long way! Optionally, add a few drops of argan oil. Apply to face and body and wait 5-15 minutes before rinsing with water. Repeat this process 1-2 times per week. Moisturize when finished.
